Jade Richards was born in Birmingham, England and grew up in a single parent home. At age 17 she gave her life to Christ and started to travel throughout the United Kingdom communicating the truth of life and The Gospel through the art of spoken word poetry. Jade also has over a decade of experience in Radio Broadcasting working in radio production for the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) for stations Radio 1 and 1xta and has hosted her own Drive-Time Radio Show for local station “Newstyle FM”. In 2017 Jade answered the life changing call to move to the United States as a missionary to reach the Hip Hop Culture for Christ at the Edge Urban Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During her time in the United States, she helped launch multiple conferences such as the “One in Christ Women’s Conference” and the “Hustle Pray Eat Conference.” Jade extended her talents in 2022 and was asked to host The Big Ticket Music Festival in Gaylord Michigan with over 5000 in attendance. In addition to his talent as a rapper and motivational speaker, James is a social media influencer and expert in all social media platforms, with an audience of over 200k followers on Instagram and Facebook and more than 40M views on Tiktok since 2021. James resides in Grand Rapids Michigan with his wife Sahntelle and 2 children, Journee and Addelyn.

Pastor Troy Evans (Known as PE) has been married to LaDawn for 25 years, becoming the father of 5 biological children and has embraced 5 young people from his ministry as his own sons and daughter. PE is a former gang member/leader that was indicted during a grand jury investigation. After being released from jail, he fled from West Michigan to the south after receiving many death threats. Soon after the trama became too much to bare and he broke mentally and emotionally. He became homeless, living in the back of a U-Haul truck. Years later, PE made his way to Detroit, Michigan where he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ and began serving in the local church. With only a 6th grade education, he became an IT Engineer working for some of Detroit’s top corporations, and later started a Staffing company. PE has planted four churches and coached dozens of leaders, church planters, and small business owners around the world. He also served as the Urban Church Planting Catalyst For The Wesleyan Denomination in the US. PE spent three years travelling to England to start an Urban Church Planting Network. He has become a national speaker and the go-to person in the area of urban church planting, urban ministry, small business start up and leadership development across the country. He is also the co-owner of Hustle Pray Eat. He was featured twice on 700 Club and appeared in several national TV shows and publications throughout the years. He has been a TEDx speaker. PE curently serves as Lead Pastor of a multi-ethnic church called The EDGE whose mission is to reach those in the Hip hop Culture. He has also released his first book, EDGE of Redemption, which is currently being used by universities, churches, and denominations in the US and England.
